Use this page to request deletion of your LingoMate account and the personal data associated with it.

Steps to delete your account

1. Send an email from the address used for your LingoMate account to hello@lingomate.site.
2. Subject: LingoMate account deletion request.
3. Include your account email and the sentence: Please delete my LingoMate account and associated data.
4. We will verify ownership and delete the account. Typical turnaround is within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when done.

What is deleted

• Your account (email/password sign-in)
• People profile and related settings stored on our servers
• People chat messages and match data tied to your account
• Blocks, queue entries, and device push tokens
• Plus / entitlement flags for your account

After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in with that account. Uninstalling the app also removes remaining local Lingo AI chat history and preferences on your device.

What may be retained

• Limited safety or legal records (for example certain report metadata) only as long as needed — typically up to 90 days, or longer if required by law or an ongoing investigation.
• Aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
